How to RETURN BOOKS?

1. Kindly send an email at lsmimclibrary@lsm.edu.ph or fill out the BOOK RETURN FORM below to inform us of the details in returning the book/s

2.  Put all your book returns in the Book Return Box found at the School’s Enclosure Area. Make sure that all returned books are labeled properly with your son’s name.

3. An email notification will be sent to you by the Librarians to inform you that the books have been returned to the library.
